Inside a gorgeous Chicago Lake House with an European flair!

This gorgeous newly built five-bedroom, 16,000-square-foot on Lake Michigan belongs to Ashley Quicksilver and her husband, Jeffrey. Instead of decorating their home in a conventional nautical-inspired theme, they decided to break the mold since Ashley is drawn to ethereal, romantic  European properties. With the help from Chicago interior designer Kara Mann alongside local firm Northworks Architecture, this home is transformed into a stunning abode with an understated classic French flair. Let's take a look!

Drawing inspirations from their European counterparts, Belgian oak planked floors and crisp white walls were used as the starting point. Next, vintage and contemporary furnishings in visually interesting shapes and forms were added to inject style, sophistication and refinement to this Georgian-style home. Beautiful and timelessly chic, what's not to love about this stunning lake house? Your thoughts?
