This 1976 one-bedroom California home belongs to architects Robin Nanney and her husband, Christopher Norman. Designed by architects Conrad Buff III and Donald Hensman, this Buff & Hensman residence exudes an Eastern-influenced modernism. To soften the interiors, the homeowners enlisted help from interior decorator Caroline Feiffer. Let's check out the results, shall we?

What a gorgeous, gorgeous abode, inside and out! With an abundance of natural light, warm woods, organic forms and sculptural details, this home exudes style, warmth and a sense of coziness. The plush elements help soften the linear layout of the house while creating comfort and contrast. I am especially drawn to the inviting indoor/ outdoor entrance and the stunning living room. There is so much to love about this Japan-inspired modernist showpiece, don't you think? Are you drawn to this beautiful oasis-like home as well? I would love to know your thoughts!
Oh I love this home. Every Inch!
ReplyDeleteWhat could be cold and uninviting, is so warm and welcoming.
I especially love the indoor outdoor space.
