This beautiful Portland, Oregon home belongs to Ken and Katie (Emily Henderson's brother and his wife) that they bought with the intention of flipping. With the help from Emily and her team, this home has been expanded by 1,300 square feet and with a third floor addition, thanks to a change of floor plan. The results? A bright, airy and spacious abode with character and soul. Let's take a look, shall we?
