Inside a rustic yet refined Martha's Vineyard vacation home!

This beautiful five-bedroom, Martha's Vineyard home is a collaboration between interior designer Liz Stiving-Nichols with Hutker Architects. By incorporating a neutral palette, reclaimed oak beams and floors, V-groove ceilings, paneled walls, and hand-wrought masonry, this home exudes warmth and a sense of timelessness. Let's take a look at this gorgeous vacation home, shall we?

With a view overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, this property is undoubtedly amazing! I love how the designer connects the indoor and out by using weathered woods and organic elements. To achieve a cohesive look, finishes and materials are repeated throughout. If you look closely, many of the furniture placement and architectural features were designed to take advantage of the extraordinary views. In addition to the desirable location, impressive architectural features such as the high vaulted ceiling, expansive wall glass windows, a large stone fireplace and a sleeping porch truly set this home apart. There are so many design details and inspirations to take away from this stunning tour, don't you think? Are you drawn to this rustic yet refined home as much as I do? What are your thoughts?

  1. Gorgeous, simply gorgeous. I’ve gotta study this baby! My mouth waters—and Martha’s Vineyard to boot. Wow! Niches, bookcases, great use of wood, cozy yet large and modern. A very clean look. (When can I move in?). Thank you for posting, Jessie.
