Favorite room of the week!

This beautiful kitchen and breakfast nook is designed by Annie Lowengart. I really love how fresh, vibrant and cheery they look. The bright yellow accent inside the window frame is a lovely, unexpected touch that leaves a lasting impression. The delightful leaf-patterned shades provide additional visual interest in the kitchen and adjoining breakfast nook. The white Moroccan tiles are interesting yet subtle enough so they do not compete with the bolder window shades. I also like how the tiles are installed from above the countertop all the way to the ceiling for a continuous, seamless look.

The bright yellow custom banquette seating in the breakfast nook is a wonderful addition to the room. Not only it jazzes up the area, it also provides additional seating and storage to the space while creating a sense of comfort and coziness all at the same time.

Such chic, gorgeously designed spaces, what's not to love about them? Your thoughts?
