Love this stunning entryway from a 1930s Georgian-style house in Locust Valley, New York. Designed by Christopher Maya, I like how the designer thoughtfully incorporates a timeless and beautiful scenic wallpaper to accentuate the grand staircase. The addition of wainscoting along the staircase draws your eye to the gorgeous curves of the staircase. The brass and gold elements in this room provide an air of classic elegance meanwhile the brown stair runner installation creates warmth and a polished look. The flooring has a simple yet delightful design, a perfect complement to the statement wallpaper and dramatic staircase. I am captivated by this fresh, timeless and breathtaking space, what about you? Are you attracted to this inviting foyer as well?

Jessie this is one gorgeous room. Normally I wouldn't care for this paper, but the way the designer incorporated it into this room is outstanding.
