A designer's dreamy and whimsical Palm Beach apartment!

This beautiful Palm Beach apartment belongs to Bahamas-based designer, Amanda Lindroth. To transform her bland white "empty cube", she enlisted the help of her artist friend, Aldous Bertram and told him to "go to town". The results? An unbelievably show-stopping backdrop! Check this out!

I loved it when two insanely talented people joined forces to create something amazing. This apartment is such example! The interiors feels relaxed, livable and effortlessly chic and the gorgeous trompe l'oeil paintings by Bertram is both a masterpiece and a visual delight. The fancifully painted backdrop not only creates a sense of grandeur, history and whimsy but also draw your eyes to the beautiful features in the room such as the 16-foot ceilings, the massive windows, the mirrors and the door. I am truly inspired by this fresh, dreamy and whimsical Palm Beach apartment, what about you?

  1. Wow Jessie, this apartment woke me up this Monday morning. It's phenomenal!
    Thanks for sharing.

  2. The most creative design I've seen in a while. Impressive!

  3. I think the apartment has great bones, but too much 'stuff'. Overloaded which takes away from everything. I always go by the late, great Michael Taylor quote: "When in doubt, take it out".

  4. I enjoyed reading about this home in the magazine, the girls bedroom is my fave.

Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate you taking the time to share with me your thoughts, ideas and suggestions. Your comments always, always brighten up my day! So, keep them coming. Have a beautiful day!
