A designer's effortless, bohemian chic Los Angeles home!

Happy Labor Day, my lovelies! Today, I want to show this beautiful 1920s Spanish-style home in Los Angeles which belongs to designer Heidi Merrick that she shares with her husband and two children. Using a mix of flea-market finds, hand-me-downs, along with furniture and accents designed by local artists and makers, her home is a reflection of her effortless style. Let's check it out!

Don't you just love her home's laid-back, bohemian vibe? There's so much charm, personality and visual delight everywhere you look. Although her home is decorated in a mix of style and furnishings, it doesn't look cluttered because it is thoughtfully designed and well-edited. The bright and airy living room is especially my favorite, what about you? Are you a fan of such effortless, collected style as well? Your thoughts?

  2. I love it that this home is not perfect - and has so much warmth and personality. Great house. Very stylish and welcoming, especially with a family. R

  3. This is such a stylish home that looks comfortable for a family to live in.I particularly love the living room. And I like the fact that the bathroom maintains its original charm that is perfectly imperfect (cracked tile and all...)
