Isn't this penthouse apartment amazing? I really love how bright and airy this home looks. And those ceilings are simply gorgeous! The stunning kitchen with the curved glass roof and the luxurious marbled bathroom are absolutely swoon-worthy. It's easy to see why this home is sold for almost double for what Berkus paid for in 2013 after he puts his signature stamp on it. Do you think this property with the highly desirable Fifth Avenue address is worth $9.8 million or otherwise? I would love to hear your thoughts!
