Nate Berkus' gorgeous Manhattan penthouse sold for $9.8 million!

This beautiful Manhattan penthouse used to be design guru Nate Berkus' abode. Recently, the three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath, 10.5-foot coffered ceilings, three wood-burning fireplaces Fifth Avenue apartment was sold for $9.8 million. Renovated by Berkus, the interiors are a mix of sophistication, luxury and elegance. Let's check out the property, shall we?

Isn't this penthouse apartment amazing? I really love how bright and airy this home looks. And those ceilings are simply gorgeous! The stunning kitchen with the curved glass roof and the luxurious marbled bathroom are absolutely swoon-worthy. It's easy to see why this home is sold for almost double for what Berkus paid for in 2013 after he puts his signature stamp on it. Do you think this property with the highly desirable Fifth Avenue address is worth $9.8 million or otherwise? I would love to hear your thoughts!
