A rustic and refined carriage house in New York!

When real estate executive, Eric Hadar unexpectedly purchased a historic 1870s carriage house in Bedford, New York, he hired designer Virginia Tupker (a long-time Vogue editor) to revamp the interiors. Let's check out the results of the makeover, shall we?

Brimming with historic charm and rustic touches, this beautiful home exudes warmth, character and refinement. I am particularly drawn to the reclaimed wood and the stone structure. The layering of textiles and patterns provide a lovely contrast against the rough wood and stone elements. Such a cozy, delightful and inviting home, what's not to love? Your thoughts?
