This colorful Manhattan Upper East Side townhouse is decorated by designer Katie Ridder for a family. A swoon-worthy and inspiring home, I must say! Let's take a tour, shall we?

This gorgeous home just rocks my world! I am especially attracted to the bold use of color and also love how the designer uses a mixture of large and small patterns to create visual interest in each space. Although each room oozes lots of vibrant colors, a variety of patterns along with a few unexpected objects, every element works harmoniously together without feeling overly busy. My lovelies, now that is the work of a very talented designer! Talented designers often use the right amount of each element without any one element overpowering the other to pull a room together while creating a visual impact!
My favorites? The beautiful blue library and the lovely room with the delightful canopy bed. What about you? Do you find anything you like in this tour?

ReplyDeleteYes, I agree, the bedroom and library are my favorites!
ReplyDeleteYes, LOVE the teal blue library! Amazing how many saturated colors were used, and yet it still feels light. Thanks for sharing!
