When adman, Peter Rogers decided to relocate to New Orlean's French Quarter, he wanted to put his own stamp on the historic property. To achieve his vision for his new home, he enlisted the help of restoration expert Chuck Ransdell and Baton Rouge-based interior designer Carl Palasota for his newest home project. The results? A glamorously beautiful home! Let's check it out!
There are so many things to love about this stunning home! I am falling head over heels for the gorgeous and fanciful trelliswork in the garden room in a color I couldn't resist (my favorite color, GREEN!). Couple that with the stylish leopard print stair runner and zebra hide on a classic black and white checkboard floors, I am in design heaven! The living room is equally fabulous as well. Did you notice how the wall color, molding, trims, curtains and sofa meld seamlessly together using a tone on tone color palette? It's perfection. I found this home tour to be truly inspiring, what about you?
This home is cool! Hip, historical, and beautiful all at once. Well done!
