What attracted homeowner and jewelry designer, Zani Gugelmann to this Tribeca apartment is the large windows facing northeast that provided an abundance of light throughout the day. With the help of her friend and designer, Carlos Mota, he transformed the apartment which was originally a tea factory into a chic and gorgeous apartment. Let's take a tour of this inviting home, shall we?

There is certainly an eclectic chic vibe with a bohemian feel to this fabulous apartment. I just love how the decorative wall screen provides a wonderful focal point in the room while acting as a partition between the living room and the bedroom. Your thoughts?

i could live in this space - no problem!
ReplyDeleteI definitely agree with you with regards to the wall screen. Having the right idea of the kind of style, feel, etc - you want, helps with making a small space work. SOLD!
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous Jessie!
ReplyDeleteI love the touches of violet and magenta throughout the space. The carpet in the living room is gorgeous!
