Home tour- A warm and sophisticated Pennsylvania home!

Built in the 1940s, this bright and airy 4,000-square foot Pennsylvania has wonderful views from most rooms. Designer Darryl Carter blends modernity, tradition and plenty of family artifacts and transformed this old home into a warm and sophisticated abode. Let's take a tour of this beautiful home below.

Understated, collected and sophisticated, it's so easy to fall in love with this home. Do you enjoy this home tour as well? Which room are you most drawn to? Please share with me your thoughts.

  1. Did you see how the artwork was hung on that slanted ceiling? Really great one, Jessie.

  3. I admire Darryl Carter's work very much. I am fortunate in that I have a couple of his upholstered pieces.
I am drawn to the dining room. I am amazed at the "lamps" on the long library table. Love them.....I guess they are candles? Or battery operated? Or, the Photo Genuineness "whited" out the wires....love the illusions that are created!
