When designer Berkley Vallone purchased a 1985 Moroccan 1920s resort hotel with a choppy floor plan, she enthusiastically transformed it by moving every wall, pipe and wire, right down to repositioning the front door to make it work for her. The renovation results in a beautiful home filled with style and things she loves- an eclectic mix of furnishings and colorful pieces. Let's take a look.
Isn't Berkley's home gorgeous? Elegant, chic and full of personality, her home is certainly a visual treat for me. She has definitely mastered the art or mixing unexpected pieces and thus, making her home a real showstopper. What do you find most inspiring in her home? Your thoughts?

ReplyDeleteLove the mix of modern with the extremely eclectic mix of periods and styles. Hardwood floors here, gold tiles there; a very personalized space overall. Faves: that amazing patio and that freaking dressing room!
ReplyDeleteI could just lay down and die in her bathroom...it's one of the most gorgeous I've ever seen!!! And that funky wallpaper in the kitchen gives what would otherwise be a really classic, traditional looking room an edge. It's a totally unexpected focal point and I'm sure everyone who walks in there for the first time goes "whoa!" I love love love her home!!!!
