A designer's gorgeous Savannah kitchen with European elegance!
This beautiful kitchen belongs to designer Mary Jo Bochner. Her Savannah, Georgia kitchen is a mix of high and lows; French antiques, second-hand-finds from Craiglist and Ebay and affordable Ikea cabinetry. She decided to have open shelving instead of regular cabinet doors for a relaxed feeling with a touch of European elegance. Let's take a look.
Isn't Mary Jo's kitchen fabulous? It's fresh, charming and timeless at the same time. I am particularly drawn to the unconventional statement chandelier and the dramatic pair of antique étagères. What are you drawn to? Anything that catches your eye?
Jessie - I love this kitchen. Have seen it every where - beautiful.

ReplyDeletePlease can we talk about that wooden table in the kitchen? Sooooo lovely! xx
ReplyDeleteI am trying to convince my husband of a trip to Savannah this Summer. I wonder if showing him this home might help sell him on the idea...
ReplyDeleteLove it! Love the wood counters and shelving. Beautiful job.
ReplyDeleteLove the wooden table but not sure about the large units atop the counter! Love the open shelving idea too but oh, the dust those things gather.
ReplyDeleteI love the unconventional shelving by the sink, the chandalier and the cararra marble farmhouse sink.
ReplyDeleteJust found your site through Pinterest. Can't wait to take it all in! Kudos.
