Home tour- An explosion of color in a modern New York triplex!
What was once a 19th-century warehouse is now transformed into a remarkable 5,600-square-foot apartment residence by a real estate developer. Currently belongs to a father and three young sons, Ghislaine Viñas of Ghislaine Viñas Interior Design developed a color scheme of eyebrow-raising doses of red, orange, yellow, green and blue for this modern home. Its ground level encompasses the living and dining areas and the kitchen. The basement contains a den, a playroom, a gym and guest quarters. On the second story are family bedrooms and a home office. Let's take a tour of this colorful home.
