Home tour- The House of Windsor!

The House of Windsor is Veranda's magazine first-ever concept house. Veranda partnered with designer Windsor Smith who dreamed up a Los Angeles house that is full of surprises. Other designers who joined the project include Candace Barnes, Stephen Block, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, Peter Dunham, Richard Hallberg, Kathryn M. Ireland, Paul Robbins, Richard Shapiro and Tara Shaw. The result is an intersection of sophisticated execution. Let's take a look.

Exuding warmth, elegance and sophistication, this beautifully eclectic home is visually interesting with its many gorgeous details and unexpected pieces. What are your thoughts? Do you have a favorite room or a favorite design element?

  1. Hello Jessie!
Well I can't really say I have a favourite room except for the bedrooms in the 5th and 7th photos. But I can see a lot of design elements I would love to have in my home like that green office in the 6th and the animal print rug in the 4th. Have a nice Sunday!

  2. Hi Jessie,

I somehow hopped onto your gorgeous blog and digging it!

Lovely images above and soo much inspirations! Is that wall paper on the wall and ceiling on the 3rd pic from the last? Absolutely fabulous!

  3. Oh my Gosh! So FAb!

    I love every room...

What a lovely coffee table on the first pic,

and I heart the details on the two mirrors in the first bedroom.

  4. Photos 1, 3, 4, and 6 OMG
Photo 1, looks like you could just snuggle in and never leave that room.
Photo 4, that bathroom is to die for!
and photo 6, I recently bought green paint similar to the color of that desk! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, that room!

  5. Holy crap Jessie...there is so much to see in every room. Love the backyard....

  6. Very hard to pick a favorite room! I do LOVE that large ottoman used as a coffee table in that first picture. I really want to find something like that for a room of mine!

  7. I saw these and thought they were beautiful. What really struck me was how most of the furnishing are a very large scale, but it seems to work! M.

Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate you taking the time to share with me your thoughts, ideas and suggestions. Your comments always, always brighten up my day! So, keep them coming. Have a beautiful day!
