My dad would be in 7th heaven with these images. The first one i think would be his dream i think. personally i would love the last room snuggling with a good book in front of the fire with such a beautiful view too.
I have been researching bookcases all morning. Trying to get some ideas for creative uses. It was nice to see bookcases on your blog. Thanks for the ideas.
I've always loved the idea of a combination library/dining room. A table to lay your books out when you're working and reading, a beautiful backdrop and interesting conversation starter when your dining. I really like multi-purpose rooms. These are all gorgeous. Beautiful post!
I adore a two story library, and is definitely on my dream home's wish list. The first and third images capture my vision of the perfect home library. Have a lovely Sunday, Jessie! ~ Wendi ~
Wow Jessie, this is what I call perfection! I´m the biggest book worm in the world and I´ve been dreaming about a real library for my home, like forever! This is such a great source of inspiration!
I want a library so much. These are all beautiful. I think I'd die of happiness if I had a place that pretty to curl up and read. (and if I had that many books!)
Anyone of these is a dream come true! The first one reminds me of the library in the movie Beauty in the Beast :) I would have to choose the last one with the Eames chair and the floor to ceiling windows with that view!
I have always wanted a library. Any one of these would do as long as I had ample space to display my books. I love the effect of a ladder in the space though.
Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate you taking the time to share with me your thoughts, ideas and suggestions. Your comments always, always brighten up my day! So, keep them coming. Have a beautiful day!
