The designer: Emily Henderson |
What do you think of Emily's style? Personally, I enjoyed her gorgeous work because her designs are a perfect mixture of vintage, modern, classic, traditional and contemporary, sometimes with a touch of the unexpected. Her eclectic style makes each rooms she designs look very beautiful and interesting. Her design is such that you do not see everything at once but every single item unfolded itself slowly to reveal its beauty. And that to me, is great design. Any favorite rooms?

ReplyDeleteI love her work. I actually only discovered her this year. I know, I've been living under a rock. She has the perfect blend of classic and whimsical.
ReplyDeleteI really love that she's not afraid to use timber in all her rooms, even the glamorous ones. As much as I love painted furniture I miss seeing rooms that have at least one piece of natural timber and she incorporates it perfectly every time!
ReplyDeleteGreat post! These photos are inspiring. My sister just got her very first apartment and I secretly plan on taking over the decorating part in some way or form ;)
